1. Introduction

Welcome to Plan360 ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, platform, and digital invitation services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Service Description

Plan360 provides event planning tools and premium digital invitation creation services. Our core offering includes free planning dashboards and paid tier-based packages for custom digital invitations.

3. Orders and Payments

• Pricing: All prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (Rs.) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify package prices at any time, but price changes will not affect confirmed orders.
• Payment Proof: Plan360 currently operates on a manual verification system. To initiate the design process, users must upload a valid payment proof (e.g., bank transfer receipt).
• Verification: We reserve the right to reject payment proofs that are illegible, falsified, or unverified by our banking partners. Services will commence only upon successful verification.

4. Design Process and Revisions

Digital invitations are subject to the revision limits defined by the purchased package (e.g., up to 3 revisions).

• A "revision" constitutes a requested change to the text, layout, or design after the initial preview has been delivered.
• Once the revision limit is exhausted, any subsequent changes may incur additional charges.
• Upon final customer approval, the invitation will be "Published." Post-publishing edits by the customer are not supported and must be requested manually through our administrative team.

5. User Accounts and Privacy

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (e.g., OTPs sent to your email). Our collection and use of your personal information, including event details and guest data, are governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Content Guidelines

You agree not to submit any content for your invitations that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders that violate these guidelines without a refund.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Because our digital invitations involve personalized design work:

• Refunds are generally not provided once the design process ("In Design" status) has commenced.
• If an order is cancelled prior to design commencement, a refund may be issued at our discretion, subject to a processing fee.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in Sri Lanka, Plan360 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of our Services, including but not limited to server downtimes, event delays, or inaccuracies in invitation content approved by you.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
